CHALLENGE

The Pri-Med Conference and Expo, held in multiple sites across North America was going into its 14th year with an identified problem. The general session room, which showcased world-renowned medical professionals, was failing to connect the speaker with its audience.

SOLUTION

Design, script and produce an enhanced visual experience by deploying giant screens with intense, blended imagery (video and graphics) to assist the resource with efficient delivery of their subject matter.

Pri Med Conference and Expo entered the 21st century with a stunning new experience for its physician attendees. By modifying the set, format and media delivery, presenter and audience were fully connected, enhancing the value of the meeting for all parties involved.
