CHALLENGE

To take their meetings to a whole new level with a high level of production and an up-scale look. This group was reprising their stand-alone meetings after several years of being under the umbrella of another parent group.

SOLUTION

Set a mood that directed people into the future without losing the fundamentals of who they are. The three screen backdrop was utilized for ever-changing looks and forward movement. The portal created a gateway for speakers to enter and exit with flair.
