ISTAT is the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading. Many of the world’s leading aircraft suppliers, including Boeing, Embraer and Airbus, sponsor, attend, underwrite and identify this is one of the most important conferences in the aviation community.

CHALLENGE

We were asked to create a look that would celebrate the 25th anniversary with a slick yet versatile design. The stage had to function for two days of keynote speakers and finish with the President’s Gala Dinner.

SOLUTION

Design a multi-directional set that played to an audience of over 2,000 people. The two screens that match the diamond set stage, projected changing scenery behind their large pyramid-constructed logo.

RESULT

A cost-effective, versatile stage set that was constantly changing. Each sponsored keynote speaker was given a distinct look that depicted their product as well as their message – resulting in one of the client’s most successful meetings to date.
